High school credit in English is earned through a combination of literature, composition, and grammar. U.S. History II uses a hand-picked set of compelling full-length novels and plays along with daily Literature Journal assignments to earn credit in British Literature. The last half of Preparing for Usefulness: English 8 is used twice weekly for grammar and writing.
Together these resources add one full English credit to your student’s program. Either order a complete English package (which includes literature, grammar, and writing), or customize by ordering a smaller package or individual items. There are 2 package options, both listed below. You should choose one to add to cart. If you would like to see individual items, select “View Details”.
Note: If you used U.S. History I (our previous guide) you may already own Preparing for Usefulness: English 8. If this is the case, you will want to choose one of the package options without English.
