Steps for Choosing the Correct Program
- Look at the "Program Selection Chart"
 .
Consider the ages of your children and
think about whether you’d like to combine them within a program or keep them separate.
- Go through the "Program Placement Chart" .
As you note the program where your student(s) seem to fit best, give more weight to the areas of age,
reading, writing, and math.
- If you are still unsure of the correct program placement for your student(s), consider the "Scope and Sequence Chart"
to see which areas of history and science study might best suit your family’s needs.
- Once you have narrowed down your program placement, spend some time looking at the corresponding
section(s) of our website for each program you selected.

About the Author
Carrie Austin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education with a middle school endorsement. She received her Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Carrie has eleven years of classroom teaching experience. She is the author of Little Hands to Heaven, a preschool program for ages 2-5, Little Hearts for His Glory, an early learning program for ages 5-7, Beyond
Little Hearts for His Glory, a program for ages 6-8, Bigger Hearts for His Glory a program for ages 7-9 with extensions for grades 4-5; Preparing Hearts for His Glory a program for ages 8-10 with extensions for grades 5-6, and Drawn into the Heart of Reading, a literature program for ages 7-15. Carrie and her husband, Mike, are the parents of Cole, Shaw, Greyson, and Beau whom they currently teach at home.
