Finished with Bigger and moving on to Preparing

Postby netpea » Sat May 12, 2012 9:00 pm

My 9yo dd has finished Bigger and is moving on to Preparing. She is mostly done with Unit 1. We had some unscheduled interruptions this past week so we didn't quite finish everything. My precious 2yo flushed a plastic dixie cup so we had a fun visit from the plumber. (Note to self - only PAPER dixie cups from now on.) She is loving Grandpa's Box already and is very excited to have history project scheduled every day. Looks like a great program for her.

I can't wait for Preparing. I have it all in a box, waiting. We are enjoying Bigger, but are anxious for Preparing also. I'm impatient. :). Enjoy!

Congrats on a super start with PHFHG netpea! I'm so glad the week went well overall :D We too loved Grandpa's Box. I still have dreams of 1 of our sons becoming a whittler and whittling all those wood figures from Grandpa's Box. :D Thanks for the laugh about the dixie cups! I sure do have a lot of mental notes about things like that with our 3 boys. In fact my mental note data bank may be at full capacity now. Paper dixie cups... mental note. Good one. :D
