Just a quick note here. I have heard many ladies comment on this here and came across this site
Frugal Abundance
One the things this lady talks about is the diet her children are on (put on by the Dr.) and how much it helps. I just thought maybe you'd want to take a look. There is no selling of anything, she gives some recipies and invites others to contact her by email for more recipies.
