Covering RTR history over the summer.... ?

Post by deltagal » Thu Mar 21, 2013 6:04 pm

My 14 yo will be a Freshman in the fall and my plans are to move him into the Rev to Rev guide for high-school with some modifications.

He, however, did not do the history in the RTR guide. I would like for him to have some familiarity with it. What would be a suggestion to "fill him in." I do have all of the RTR resources and the beef-ups, which I used with my oldest.

Any suggestions?

Could he read thought the MOH3 book? He could also read story of the Middle Ages
"Big Mack"--Finishing up high school :)
"Cherry Berry Chiller"--geography
"Small fry"--Rev2Rev
"Happy Meal"--fun-school

I was thinking along the same lines--MOH 3 and Famous Men of the Middle Ages. If you have them, the Diana Waring tapes would be great as well.
Melissa, wife to Jim for 28 years
3 graduated, 2 using US 2, 8th grade dd using Missions to Marvels
Isaiah 40:11 ...He gently leads those that have young.
