Preparing Hearts For His Glory part 2

Post by blessedmomof4 » Thu Jan 17, 2008 10:43 pm

Ok, I think I have a plan. I will use Preparing Hearts For His Glory with my girls when we are done with Bigger Hearts, whenever that is :) I will use the books in the deluxe package, and omit the ones in the grade 5/6 extension package. Finally, I am going to switch my older daughter back to her old math now, rather than wait, because she loved it and understood it, and has requested it(sometimes kids know what they need :D ). I think I can breathe now  :P

That sounds like a great plan, esp. the math switch for your dd. It's nice to feel that peace isn't it! 8)

Lourdes,

I think that sounds like an excellent plan! :D I'm so proud of you for being willing to ponder through exactly what your daughter needs and being willing to make that happen for her. The blessing of homeschooling is that we can adjust as needed to make things work best for each individual child.

I also think your long-term plan sounds great for Preparing Hearts. I truly know that feeling of relief of being able to breathe again! Thanks for sharing. 8)

Blessings,
Carrie
