God's Design for My Body

I didn't receive "God's Design for My Body" with my order. Just wondering if it is backordered?

This is my first post here. I thought maybe I could help.
I am also waiting for that book. I noticed on the packing slip it said that the book is on backorder until October, but that it is not used until about week 33, I believe.
