Rebecca, me too! I just went back and looked at your review. Your son is such an artist! I love his painting and that coat of many colors! Your younger son's horses were SO cute. :D

LOL - my younger son has the cutest silly drawings. I won't say he is an artist by any means, but they sure are funny. My older son loves to draw and paint. He works hard on those things. He does the Art in HOD with his paintings and drawings in the student pages and then he also takes two art classes in our co-op (his choice). He is a very artistic child. Not the best by far, but loves to do it. :) Thanks for the compliments. HOD makes it so easy!

Just about the end of Unit 3 and had a wonderful time with the kids  (7-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl, not to mention the 3-month old baby girl). They really liked the project with playdough and building a dike. Finding all the activities fun and not heavy yoked - can't say enough about how great the suggested activities have been for us, stories are great, our reading and math table time is coming along well. Really the best start we have had to the school year since we embarked on this journey three years ago  . My son even said he wasn't thinking about the "reward" of being on his playstation when he was having fun with the playdough! Too funny! :?
