We finished week 5 of BLHFHG.Im so pleased we decided to school through the summer-and we are doing 3/4 days each week.
We started The Sword in the Tree-and Nathan loves this book! Here is the lego model of Shan we use in our read-aloud time

we have a lego castle too!

We've been traveling through Turkey in Geography, learning all about canines in Science, and read about Abraham and the Elamites & Cushites this week. Sorry I am not very good at writing about our week but here are some pictures:



I think we missed the mark with our paintings this week but the kids are pleased with them so we're going with it.



Sorry the pics are so huge I will try to work on that next week.
