Ok Girls,

What was YOUR week Like?

You can post:

a- A picture
b- A blog Link
c- A written synopsis
d- Your favorite memory
e- Anything you want that shares your HOD excitement!

Important Note: If you are linking us to your blog, please make sure it's not just a general link, but to your specific post of HOD. That way if someone reads through these a year from now they can find your share without needing to hunt!

I got a diagnosis of diabetes over the weekend so I'm reeling from that. Meanwhile, Shana has completed Unit 17 of LHFHG, so we are bridging to first grade. God's good, and I'm doing ok.

It's been awhile since I've posted here because we took a 4 week break from HOD to do a unit study, but we came back to LHFHG last week and I just got around to blogging about it. :P

Miranda, I read this last night, and thought, "Those children, and that table look familiar!" A while back I was looking at MFW, and I came across your former blog and spent SO MUCH TIME THERE! I remember, when you moved over to this new space - I think I even commented here and there on the title or something! So glad that you have come "home" to HOD! While we haven't started it yet (will in a couple weeks), I feel confident that this program is where God wants us to be, as much (if not more) for me as for my children! I enjoyed keeping up with you in your other space, and I Iook forward to doing the same here!

Hey Sally! Oh wow...you are in for a REAL TREAT with HOD! :D :D :D I tried keeping up with blogging about our first year with HOD, but came to find out that I was "enjoying the moments" so much with the kiddos, that I just didn't get around to picture taking and blogging about it as much as I needed to. LOL That should tell you how wonderful this curriculum is. I'm going to "try" to do better with blogging this year.

Ladies,

I really enjoyed reading your weekly reviews and peeking at your blogs! :D Since we are on our official "summer break" now at our housee, it was pure joy for me to see your kiddos' smiling faces as they work through HOD. :D I miss seeing my kiddos' smiling faces as they work through their HOD guides, so seeing your kiddos' was a great way to fill my cup this week as I'm busily writing, writing, writing. :D

Blessings,
Carrie
